Gaaga's Sauceの返品・返金ポリシー
1. 返品
Gaaga'sソース製品をご購入いただき、お客様にご満足いただけるよう努めております。ご購入いただいた商品にご満足いただけない場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご返品いただければ、全額返金、交換、または返品を受け付けております。
返品をお受けするには、商品が未使用、未開封、かつお受け取り時と同じ状態である必要があります。また、元の包装に入っている必要があります。
2. 払い戻し
返品商品が受領され、検査が完了した後、返品商品を受領したことをお知らせするメールをお送りします。また、返金の承認または却下についてもご連絡いたします。
返品が承認されると、払い戻しが処理され、7 営業日以内に元の支払い方法にクレジットが自動的に適用されます。
3. 交換
商品を同じ商品と交換される場合は、infi@gaagasauce.com までご連絡いただき、交換手続きをお願いいたします。商品の返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。送料は返金できません。
