Return and Refund Policy for Gaaga's Sauce

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Gaaga's sauce products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund, exchange, or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at infi@gaagasauce.com to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
